What an odd question. I wouldn't assume you were being arrested for anything. Not everyone in a police car is an "accused".

I was taken home in a police car once. My mum was mortified. "What will the neighbours say?" She asked. I'd been, along with a few friends, the victim of an attempted robbery, got thrown into a fountain, would you believe it?
