^^

Just went to Labrys to check if it was actually working, and I'm happy it is. I'm about to reach 1000 visits, which amazes me. Does any want a kiriban? I can try to make one if a friend from f-list gets it.

Webdesigning is driving me nuts, but well, I'll take it all easy.

Off I go, I'm watching movies tonight with Vamp.

EDIT:

Since I answered Au's, and I'm so obedient, here I go.

Leave a list of fictional characters in your journal that you would love to get a message from. Your f- and f-of-list's mission, should they choose to accept it,to write you an in-character "letter" from a characteron that list. Then they post their own list in their journal and the process continues!

My List

1- Milo (but of course)
2- Camus (I wonder what he'd say)
3- Kyosuke Iwaki (Haru Wo Daite Ita)
4- Maharet & Mekare (Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles)
5- Methos (from Highlander)
6- Hades
7- Kenshin Himura

.... now I'm truly leaving.

*visits Labrys and sees the Counter almost at 1000* *__*
*shamelessly refreshes the page a few times* XDDDDD

If you'll be making a kiriban fic or something, it would be very welcome! XD But if you don't feel like it, don't worry! :O

Glad to see that the site is working fine now! :D

I'd happily write Maharet & Mekare (*fangirls*), but it's been so long since I've read the books that I barely remember them. ;_; Sorry.

Now I know what I'll be giving you as birthday present next year...How about a frozen scorpion? ^^/ It can be truly decorative and that way I get rid of a big...big Scorpion that is right now at my temple bugging me ¬¬

Camus.

Dear A,

How are things going? I hope everything is well with you and yours. Things are the same old thing around here. I wanted to send you a word to see how you're faring and... arg,I can't lie. I need money, advice and a place to stay ... unnoticed, for a few days and you were the foremost person in my mind when I started thinking of helping hands.
Trouble is, Athena has a very poor sense of humor and my creative pattern on her skirt wasn't to her liking. Even though the ink is washable and the piggie I draw was so cute!

In any case, you think I could crash in your place for a bit? I don't have money to pay for the trip or the stay but... well, I have other ways of making my gratitude felt.

Lemme know ASAP, please!
M.

Dear Mistress of the Labyrinth,

How are things going? Here in Edo Tokyo, (I keep having trouble getting used to all the changes), things are finally going fine for sure. No enemy has bothered us in a long while, and I'm now completely used to the life with Miss Kaoru. Yahiko and Sano are a great help too.
I think I finally found a place where I feel right to be.
If I go back into wandering, it shall be only for short periods of time, since now I have a home, but I'll make sure to visit you if I pass by!
Otherwise, you and your loved ones are always welcome to visit the doujou, if you drop by Tokyo! Kaoru will be delighted to meet you, and so will be Kenji. (He's growing so fast. He'll be walking soon).

Friendly regards from your lowly servant,
Kenshin Himura

+ Kaoru & Kenji

A letter from Maharet

Dear child,

I have wanted to write to you for such a long time. But what is a long time? To you, a long time can be a bad week or month. To me, a long time is a dynasty, an empire, a dark age, such as the one humanity has been living since 1798.

I have met many humans since the French throne crumbled, and I have been impressed by few. Sad specimens I have seen, and such sad eyes. You, however have aroused my interest, Ariadne. I know that is not your true name, but who uses their true name these days, except when they sign a check?

Your interest in the undead is... how can I express it in the Saxon language? Shall we say, unhealthy?

Your curiosity as to the habits of those of us who have passed on to a “better” existence will take its toll, unless you desist.

I do not wish to appear impolite, nor do I wish that you should take this message as a threat, but unless you desire an unwanted visit from one of my minions, let alone from my sister, I suggest that you write about topics which do not draw attention to me, or to my kind.

I have taken the trouble to travel to your city to see you. You did not know that the red-haired woman who asked you for change on that dark street, was one of the oldest and most terrible beings in the world (now only my sister is worse than me). I forgive your curiosity, Ariadne, but you know what the saxons say about curiosity, child. Desist.

However, should you wish to become one of the immortal elite, I would be only too delighted to welcome you to the family I am lucky enough to regent.

Therefore, I will await your response.

Whichever decision you choose to take, child, I know you will do what is right, and I want you to know that I will protect you and your interests.

I wish you all the best for the future.

Your aunt Maharet.

PS. you have such beautiful eyes.
