A friend of ours was shot today.  Eight bullets in his body.  His lungs and kidneys are compromised.  His left arm and legs will be OK soon.

It's incredible how something like this, when the life of a person you care about is endangered, can inmediatly change everything else around you.  Even your priorities and other stuff simply lose importance.

Vamps is with him right now, and I believe he'll spend the whole weekend with him. It's just so...powerful to see Vamp feeling so impotent and worried. And our friend is such a strong person that I know seeing him on a bed made Vamp feel terrible.
