...
Not much to say. I'm loaded with work, and well...I barely have time for myself lately. I've read most of the entrie from my flist, but I haven't been able to respond. Just when I sit and start, I've got to go to a meeting, someone needs me or the phone rings. No, I'm not complaining about my job, I'm just saying it's keeping me busier. I've only responded to the stories I've read. I'm doing it as soon as I can because I've loved the pieces and well, I think it's horrible when you read something and don't say anything about it. Plus, these stories have been great.
Hope everyone is feeling fine. Know that my heart is with all of you at all times.
Oh, and it's Camus' bday today. Happy birthday Tempanito.

Squid and Octopus? You're gonna love Asturias. Octopus is the speciality of Galician restaurants, and just around the corner from our home we have the best one in Gijón, "La flor de Galicia II", which is run by a Galician family who came to Gijón.
I, as a vegetarian, must exclude these delicious things from my diet, and "degustar" the other wonderful things to eat there, like "Cachelos", boiled potatoes sprinkled with paprika, or the famous "pimientos de padrón" which are these lovely little green peppers, fried and lightly salted, but beware the really hot ones, they'll leave your mouth on fire, hehehe. But while my eyes and (Irish) common sense tells me that things with tentacles should not be eaten, my nose tells me that it must be quite tantalising, watching Ana tuck into a plate of steaming octopus confirms this, hehehehe.
Now I know where we'll go for lunch or dinner when you come to Gijón.
I'm so glad that the appointment went well, that's another important step.
The course starts on the 20th? Then you've just got a week before your trip... hope you don't miss too much.
Will you be taking Bichy after all?
*hugs very much*
Love you, mo chroí.
