Well...
I'm been too busy lately, and though I haven't been away from LJ, I've just showed up on mine from time to time to say whatever big news happened.
My niece Maria José, is growing fast and in one week, she's already 3 cms taller (?) I hope that's correct thing to say, since she can't reallt stand. She's lost 200 grm of weight, but her doc said that's normal. My sister is also healing very nicely from her c-section and well, my whole family is surrounded by nothing but happiness these days. Which is great, really.
Work is busy as always. In fact, I'm traveling tomorrow to Cali and Buga and Popayán on Friday. It's going to be a hectic trip since I have to take too many flights in two days, but it'll be fine. Or so I hope. Wish me luck; I'm travelling on my own. Bicho is coming with me of course.
As for fandoms, I miss Saint Seiya badly. I love Bleach more and more. Haru is in my mind all the time. Haven't been able to read any poslash lately. I think my recipient for the JuC Swap didn't like the story I wrote for her, maybe since she asked for ansgt, hurt and comfort and was expecting some spanking; but given my situation during those days, I just couldn't write exactly what she asked for; sorry, really; I'm a lousy writer and it was proven yet again. And even despite this, I'm still writing a bit in Spanish; and have started re-writing the dragons I wrote for Pen in June. I want that story to be finished this year. Just read a Harry Potter story today. I love Sakura Card Captors and oh the viewfinder series guys are SO hot! *sigh* I just don't have the energy to keep up with this and the rest of stuff I used to handle before. I'm 30 and I feel like I'm 80.
On pop news, Britney definitely needs to see a specialist. She's never been my favourite singer, I personally prefer Cristina, but I loved Brit's energy when she danced and performed. Her VMA's performance made me pity her. Poor thing. Don't like TImberlake, though I've tried. And JC is finally free from Jive *.* What could be more perfect than that? Oh yes, Chris! and thanks to
daisydust I'm going to watch him in a few minutes.
Gotta start reading and finish whatever I've started.
Elessar is growing fast, but this is her fourth week sick. We've tried everything, and he's got an appointment with his doc on Saturday. We'll see what he tells me. Same with Erendil, she's growing, though she's still too small for a two-month old. I think I told
turloughishere about her; Erendil was thrown away when she was about a week old with her sister and I found recently a brother as well into a plastic bag and on to the street. A nice person found her, had her with her frow two weeks 'till I found them, Elessar chose her and she gave it to us. Her little bro died, of course and it's a miracle the female kittens are alive. She's on medication and the doc will check her on Saturday as well. Cross your fingers; I want my babies to be fine, specially now that she's able to jump on our bed to sleep with us.
Wish me luck on my trip. Keep on writing on your LJ's OK? I may not be commenting much lately, but I do read you. Work is really consuming my time.
*hugs*

Hope your business trip is going well, and that you’re enjoying the experience. I remember the days I held a position of responsibility, and had to go on trips to Bilbao, where the company had its regional operations base, every couple of months, but I had to go by bus, and it was about a five-hour-trip…
As to Saint Seiya, I too have good memories of writings, both yours and mine, on that subject. I’ve never been a fandom person, though, as you know, but there is so much out there, it’s a full-time job to keep up, I’m sure. I suppose you’ve got to pick and choose what you read.
I sometimes wonder about the pop industry and its effects on the rich and famous, and on the rest of us, and how it influences social trends.
Sorry to hear about Elessar’s continuing illness, I really hope the situation improves soon. Erendil is a survivor, and will get stronger and stronger in time.
Hope everything goes according to plan on your trip. My thoughts and all my best wishes are with you.
See you when you get back.

I've missed you so much.
As soon as I get home, we're taking Elessar to his doc. Juan and I will fight to get them better, you know that.
Love you my friend.
*hugs*
P.S: I won't go to work tomorrow. YAY!!!

Isn't Wi-fi technology incredible? I still don't get it, you know? When I was first told about it, I thought the other person was pulling my leg. Wireless internet connection that anyone can use as long as there's a special device nearby. Simply amazing and very, very practical.
Oh, my friend, I've missed you too, and I'm so glad you're home.
As to Elessar and Erendil, everything will be fine.
Love you too, so very much.
*hugs back*
So glad you have Saturday off. Rest well, and enjoy your weekend.
See you soon.
