On Bleach...(anime up to chapter 168)
So...last time when I caught up with all the episodes I had missing, that was up to chapter 138. I liked the story so far, and since I'm also following the manga, I was just checking how alike they both were. Not to mention how much I've enjoyed both of them, of course.
Well, the thing is, I've been downloading the anime every week but hadn't seen it since chapter 138. All this week I've watched up to chapter 168 and well, here are some of my thoughts on it. (I'm just going to start with the filler, so, that one is for later on...someday)
1. Sado. His power!!!! I was all O.o when I saw "Brazo Derecho de Gigante." but my jaw just dropped when he said "Brazo Izquierdo del Diablo" and when he threw his "Muerte" I almost died. It was PERFECT!!
With Sado's realisation of where his powers come from (he's got hollow's powers, you know?) The whole "we're-supposed-to-be-enemies-instead-we're-friends" group is completed. Let me prove you my point:
Orihime: she knows kido, just like Hachigen Ushōda who was Tessai's liutenant of the Kido Corps. And if I remember correclty, this is a speaicl force in Soul Society.
Sado: Hollow's powers
Ishida: Quincy's powers
Ichigo: Vizard's powers
Rukia and Renji: Shinigami's powers. Rukia is really skilled with kido (she even performs Byakuya's kido when she was fighting Espada No. 9!!!) and Renji is very skilled with the sword. A good complement for one another, not to mention that they go together everywhere.
So, see? the whole group is complete.
Which leads me to:
2. Six hearts that beat as one. *faint* This is just SO perfect to say about them. And, did you see the art on the latest chapter of the manga? If you haven't go here to do so. I just loved it, and Renji was the best out of all of them. (I guess I'm develping a Renji thing)
3. I'm so waiting to see Nel's arrancar transformation. That Espada has stolen my heart. I just can't wait to see her full animated form.
4. The fillers at the end, are just too hilarious. Byakuya being angry bcause they took pics of him. What So fong did to Ukitake for the picture. Yoruichi refusal to have herself be photographed naked, and Hisagi and Kira posing for Matsumoto (Oh, Hisagi's butt!) *cry* I want more!!!!!
5. And before I forget. When Ichigo looked at Rukia when he came to save her was nothing like the way in which he looked at Inoue when he defeats Grimmjow. And when they touched hands...*insert hearts* awwwww
And now, I gotta go. I've got plans on getting drunk tonight and I'm exactly going to do that. Plus, I've got to take care of Istari. We got her undergo surgery today for her eye, and Elessar is not being of any help ¬¬ Don't ask...I'm doing both things :P

I am currently involved in purchasing and reading so many manga that I manage to read regularly only a couple of them, InuYasha (which is next to the end in Japan and also here in Italy where they are just 2-3 issues later) and FullMetal Alchemist. Maybe sooner or later I'll manage to go on with Bleach too but I have to admit that the first volume wasn't so "appealing" and this is the reason why I still don't find the will to take it again (but in the meanwhile I keep on purchasing the volumes ^^)

I even re-read them XD I started with Bleach the anime and then with the manga, and so far, I haven't been disappointed by either one. Though I admit, I wish it developed faster ^^U

Istari is fine, though we've been forced to keep Elessar away from her at times, hehehe, and she hates the eye drops! XD but so far, so good. Thank you, dear.
