Remember when Stephen King was sued by a woman who said that the events he relates in The Shining had actually happened to her?
In the USA suing is an industry. You just find a rich person, and accuse them of something, take them to court, contact the media, and watch the money roll in.
The only good thing I see in all this, is that they might have to be together at some point. That's good. Really good.
Didn't know about Stephen King, though. And about the songs, I don't know about how they sound (I only know 'Nsync's) but the lyrics are definitely not the same. AAnd two songs can be named the same way.
