Stupid, random, spamming comments like this are just making me feel more certain about my decision of not renewing my paid LJ account.

It's that time of the year when I'm supposed to pay for my paid time on LJ, however, I'm so tired of everything LJ has done for the past years that I decided not to renew it. I can't believe they're so narrow-minded that they have to wait for people to tell them what's wrong and still not listen.

I'm not closing my account, because it still keeps me in touch with people and friends and communities and stuff, but I'm not gonna keep on paying for a service that should be a lot better. I know I'm gonna miss my space in the scrapbook and the extra icons, but enough is enough.

We'll see if I change my mind in the future, although I seriously doubted.

I'm supposed to have 5 more icons for my LJ (yeah, I paid it for another year, go figure). Now, I don't know what other icons to have or if I should change some out of the ones I've got right now....

LJ is acting funny....it doesn't allow me to either edit entries or even delete them...gggrrrr

LJ is no paradise, let's face it. However, after the strike out it suffered a few years ago, most people started to react and tried to find a new niche for themselves. Of course, I'm among those people and eventually I ended up with a place over at insanejournal, and greatestjournal (which seems like it's not working today, mmm, or it's just me who can't access it anymore). Thanks to

bellamyrose, I know have an account at dreamwidth.

I've opened all those other accounts in fear of what could happen on Livejournal. I've loved this place ever since I met it, and though I know I haven't been around lately (most ppl know the sh** I'm going through these days) this is the place that feels like home. I've got a paid account, I'm seriously thinking about having a permanent account in the future; but still...seeing all the things that happened around here, makes me question my being on LJ; or at least, keep on paying it.

Opening those accounts has also made me think about the people who might or might no friend you...and I'm laughing at this right now...anyways...

So, I now have a DM account just in case. Don't know how to use it or make it work yet, but well...I think it'll eventually happen.

I'm just hoping LJ stops messing around with things.

I can't believe what LJ is doing! Bans, unnoticed closing accounts, legal notices and now no interests? WTF??!!

I love this place. I know I haven't been around lately, but I love it around here. I've met wonderful people and I'm really comfy here, yet, with all the things LJ is doing...I've got a paid account, but if things continue like this I won't renew it again. Just in case, ariadnem at greatestjournal and at insanejournal.

I can't believe LJ is going to lose so many people. Fanfiction banned?! (/&(/%&(· I bet there are people out there doing what they're not supposed to and nothing has been done against them. ¬¬

On better stuff. I'm on vacation this week!!!!! YAY! First day went on pretty nicely, and I'm taking it slowly. Vamp is still sick, but we're taking care of him, so he's feeling kinda OK. And...I've finally managed to fix my internet connection!!! *dance around* Yup, I'm happy!

All I see right now, is dragons. I'm happy, really; but I'm afraid I won't be able to meet the deadline, though I've written quite a lot by now. We'll see. *cross fingers*

On more wtf news, our friend, the one who gave us Dona, wants to give us another dog. I don't want to have a new dog right away (I'd much rather have a cat, but well, Vamp wouldn't let me), but it's also true that he seems like wants a dog, even if it's not of the same breed. *sigh* We'll see what happens with this.

As for what happened with LJ last week, it seems like things have calmed down, LJ is fixing the problem, I'm gonna wait 'till November when my account expires to make a decision, and it's to me, a matter of wait and see how things continue from now on. Some people are still acting in a very preposterous way, and some have even forgotten why all this began and what they wanted on the first place. Thank God there are still sensible people out there. Hopefully, LJ and 6A will get "infected" of their common sense and will start acting accordingly. Just in case, I got myself a greatest journal account, "ariadnem". Don't think I'll be using it though. I like my LJ account too much.

I'm here and not in the most friendly way and for that, I'm sorry.

I deleted this journal last Saturday, after cooling my head down a little and feeling kinda of disappointed at some stuff.

So, here's the deal; I'm screening the comments and I'm asking you to comment if you want to keep me "friended" and want me to keep you in the same way.

About the fandom, I'm not going anywhere, though at the moment, I'm sure I won't be as active as I might have been before.

For now I'm leaving all the communities I've been in. For that I have my old ariadnelabys account. I'm not making this a "friends only journal", but I am restricting myself of LJ activities for a while.
