So...CNN has an article on vampires, which I won't be copying and pasting here, however just can go and read the whole thing here: "From Dracula to Edward, the changing face of vampires", anyways, there are a couple of things that made me LOL and want more vampires:

"And it doesn't hurt that all these characters just so happen to be devastatingly handsome men and women," Woerner said. "They're beautiful and mysterious."
She contrasted early movie vampires with Eric Northman, the tall, Nordic bad-boy vampire from HBO's "True Blood."

Pic 10 - Interview with the Vampire" - "Louis is the great-uncle of "Twilight's Edward Cullen - at odds with what he's become and clinging desperately to his decency and humanity"
A/N: Priceless. Though I admit I'd've loved to read Louis transition from sassy to the predator Akasha describes on "Queen of the Damned" (book, not movie, thx)
Pic 12 -Let the Right One In - "This chilling fil features Eli [...] it makes her both monstrous and sympathetic[...]"
A/N: I SO love Eli.
Because my love for vampires is like the slogan from Coppola's Dracula: "never dies"
