I used to like Aquarius Camus. I used to, seriously. Until the moment that someone using him, hurt me. I began to despise him and can only stomach the Kamus a friend of mine plays. Long story short, I read the Lost Canvas chapters I had missing and I finally saw the Saint from the previous Holy War.

His name is Aquarius Dégel, and just by what I read when he shows up and by his looks, I like him.  Plus, his name means thaw, and I loved the meanings I found for the word.

I didn't know that was the reason why you disliked the ice saint.

I have to say, Camus is dear to me, but I can't stand the fandom Camus, I just can't. ub then again, most of the fandom views are just alien opinions to me.

Camus, like the one from the series, is just Camus to me. Dear, but not beloved. Then I got hurt and all that jazz, and I realised that the fandom Camus wasn't of my liking.

Plus, I guess I got oversaturated with the Mary Sue Camus was in fanfics protraying him and Milo...and I started hating the pairing as well.

Dégel on the other hand...I just loved him. I liked the way he speaks and how calm he looks. In my opinion, he's got a better aura than Camus does. But hey! that's just me and my twisted way of seeing things.

ah well. I do hate the Milo x Cammus paring. I think the one and only fic where I'm rooting for those two idiots is, Unbroken. But then again, that Milo was just like me a couple of years ago. So it doesn't count.

But well... I just don't like that pairing. By the way speaking of the devil I read this wonderful fic centered in that pairing, but it's not about sex or anything, it's about them sharing a bed. just wonderful. And it's not about the typical dilemma of how camus is unable to give himself to Milo and blah, blah (the usual cliché that's just very disgusting. Being serious doesn't mean, being emotionally unreachable, mind you). But I thought you would like it.

I haven't read all of lost canvas actually, but they seemed to be pretty cool saints. Dhoko so far is my favorite, but then again I have a hard on for that character. He has become one of my favorites. Him and Shion of course.

I so want to meet the former scorpio saint!

And yes, I totally agree with you, I'm on my STS mood again. God knows how long that is going to last. But in the mean time I'm sketching like a maniac. I even wrote a murder fic XD (ah, me and my fics). Which I think the idea might work for later plots.

Aaaaand my ice saint doujinshi is coming out nicely. I know I shouldn't draw Camus as much as I do, but he's such an appealing character (in my head)

oh my love for STS is never ending. It might lay low for a while, but after so many years, I know understand that it will never dissappear.
