Surprise

I began working at Colombo three years ago.  At that time, I began a friendship with Natalia; a cat-lover just like me.  We used to spend our free time together but one day, her papers for going to Sweden were ready and all of a sudden I saw myself  being alone at the place.  Anyhow, we kept in touch.  No matter the time we can't talk to each other, we always find a way to let the other know we're fine.

So far, so good; right?

Well, Nati told me some weeks ago she was coming to Colombia.  I was so excited.  Last week, she sent me a mail saying "I'll be in Medellín on Saturday @ six" hehehehe I was sooooooooooo happy  *LOL*  but we had lost each other's phone numbers in Colombia ( I can easily find her in Stocholm, but not in our own country  ¬¬) so we hadn't spoken 'till today.

I was in the teacher's lounge at Colombo when someone asked for me.  I didn't recognise the vocie, but when I saw her...it was so strange.  We hugged each other tight and she said "boo" the way I always greet her..I answered whispering "meow" the way she always greeted me...people were staring at us...I was so happy.  I AM so happy.

That was the surprise I received today  ^^  Can't wait to see her this weekend, there's so much to talk about.  hehe

yes, a cat lover. It's just that life brought Dona to me first, but I'm still looking for a she-cat, since we have a she-dog is much better. Dona...Dona is everything to me right now ^^

What a nice surprise.

Seeing each other after so long, and on top of that, not knowing that she was going to visit you at work. I imagine you jumped for joy.

I'm so happy for you. Surprises like this make up for the nasty surprises life sometimes has in store for us.
