By the way, I did that nerd test... I was sure I'd score high... I didn't even pass. I got a lousy 38%. Oh well, I reckon nerdiness (another new word... thanks Mr. Joyce) diminishes with old age... and here's me wanting to be an old nerd.

I'm hardly a nerd at all, you know? And you much less so.

I was listening to Tom Wait's Seattle concert, and he was talking between songs, and he mentioned that the weather was strange, but then he added, of course, all weather is strange.

Can the same be said about days? Anything can happen in a day. For me yesterday was strange... more about that on my own LJ (free advertising, hahaha!). You just get through these days.

As the old Peter Gabriel song goes, "Don't give up, 'cos you have friends."

Strange days are like stormy weather, but your rainbow will soon come, my friend, you'll see, and you'll look back on these strange days and smile.

Concentrate on the good things, and there are so many good things in your life, Marge. You don't need me to remind you about them. Just don't let the bad things eclipse the good ones.
