God!  Thank you for reminding me of the reason why I'd left the Vampire Knight communities  *starts puking*

My right knee had been bugging for a few months now.  Well, maybe not a few, but i finally decided to go to the doctor and I did today. 

My doc told me the knee is indeed swollen and of course, it hurts.  He sent me some Ibuprofen and "betametasona" shots for the swell (?).  As soon as it disappears I gotta get some x-rays and then have treatment of some kind.

I'm 7 kilos over my usual weight and doc says I have to get back to my 58-59 kl because they can cause more pain on my knee. Gym and diet are imperative now. The first I've been delaying, the second I have to intensify.

I'm going home now.  Tough day and I need some rest.

Ghai, hope your PhD Defense has gone as planned.  *hugs*

I'm still sick. My voice isn't improving, this horrible cough doesn't seem like it wants to disappear, and well, tonight, it'll be a week without proper sleep.

Yup, I'm screwed.

The most likely thing to happen is going back to the ER, for I haven't been able to get a doc's appointment today and I have a class to teach tomorrow

I haven't read anything in LJ for the past two days, so f-list, please forgive me, I just can't stand being here for long...my body aches after a while in the same position and my head spins. I hope you all are fine.
